What to pack?

  • In addition to bringing clothes suited for each city’s normal temperature range, we suggest you pack the following:
    1.  Warm clothing for nights
    2. Raincoat or waterproof poncho
    3. Windbreaker
    4. Comfortable shoes
    5. Hat
    6. Sunglasses
    7. Small carrying case
    8. Camera, extra batteries, film, memory card
    9. Sunscreen
    10. Insect repellent
    11. Personal medication
    12. Copy of your passport
       
  • For trekking, camping, or adventure programs, bring:
    1. Walking stick
    2. Sleeping bag
    3. Extra set of camera batteries
    4. Sandals
    5. Swim suit
    6. Boots and/or kayaking shoes
       
  • For jungle programs:
    1. Lightweight pants
    2. Long sleeve t-shirts
    3. Binoculars (10x50 mm for bird watching)
